Digital expert Souphien Akhrif founded the company in 2015, after his studies in Information and Knowledge Systems - Engineering and Management at the Miage Sorbonne university. The Dubai Department for Economic Development (DED) and the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) have now approved the acquisition.
